These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all engagements between BuildVisionWork, registered at 115 47 Husarvikstorget 11 Stockholm, Sweden, and any client ("Client") who engages our web development and consulting services.

Scope of Work: All services are delivered according to a mutually agreed Statement of Work ("SOW") that defines project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing. Any work outside the agreed SOW scope requires a written change order.

Payment Terms: Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise specified in the SOW. A 50% deposit is required before project commencement. Late payments incur a 2% monthly surcharge.

Intellectual Property: Upon receipt of full payment, all intellectual property rights, source code, design assets, and documentation created specifically for the Client under the SOW are irrevocably transferred to the Client. BuildVisionWork retains the right to display non-confidential project summaries in its portfolio.

Warranty: BuildVisionWork warrants that all deliverables will conform to the specifications defined in the SOW for a period of 30 days following final delivery. Bugs or defects reported within this period will be resolved at no additional cost.

Limitation of Liability: BuildVisionWork's total liability under any SOW shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client under that SOW. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Deposit Refund: The initial 50% project deposit is fully refundable if the Client cancels the engagement before any substantive work has commenced. Once work has begun, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Milestone Payments: For projects structured around milestones, payments for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable. Work-in-progress milestones may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at BuildVisionWork's reasonable discretion.

Final Payment: The final payment is due upon delivery and Client acceptance of all deliverables. If the Client identifies defects or non-conformities within the 30-day warranty period, BuildVisionWork will rectify these at no additional cost before the final payment becomes due.

Refund Process: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of the relevant invoice date. Approved refunds are processed within 30 business days via the original payment method.
